72 Hour Bone Broth, Turmeric, Sprouted Cashews, Golden Root Vegetables

Golden as the setting sun, this soup is rich in energizing phytonutrients. We use an ample amount of Turmeric and golden root vegetables, such as carrots and yams, roasted and then pureed to a creamy texture with sprouted Cashews. We soak the cashews to sprout them which makes them easier to break down in the digestive tract, leading to faster nutrient absorption. The soup is then topped with crispy chickpeas and Za’atar. Za’atar is a commonly used middle eastern herb that grows wild throughout Israel and neighboring countries. Farmer’s dry the herb in the sun and mix with salt, sesame seeds and Sumac. We toss the spice mix with roasted chickpeas to offer a tangy crunch. Enjoy this soup and allow it to warm you up from the inside…..feel the glow.

Golden Hour Soup

Rainbow Quinoa, Cucumber, Roasted Chicken, Goat Milk Feta, Tomato, Castelvetrano Olives, Onion, Herbs, Lemon & Olive Oil

A Play on Tabbouleh, this grain and herb salad originated in the mountains of Lebanon and Syria. We use Quinoa instead of the traditional Bulgar for it’s nutrient dense qualities. Quinoa is a flowering plant in the amaranth family, grown for its edible seeds. Rich in protein, fiber, B vitamins and minerals it is superior grain that’s perfect for the postpartum time. By eating soluble fiber such as quinoa, the body slows down the release of sugar into the bloodstream. It also helps eliminate fats and cholesterol through waste. As the weather warms up, this crisp refreshing salad hits the spot.

High Priestess Salad

Abundance Bowl

Cavolo Nero Kale, Butternut Squash, Roasted Chicken Breast, Pomegranate, Black Lentil, Whole Grain Mustard

The best known antioxidants are also noted as adaptogens. These plants, such as pomegranates and kale, help your body resist to stress and adapt to it’s surroundings (hello fourth trimester!). In general, dark leafy greens can improve energy and vitality while helping to resist against diseases. We added sweet roasted butternut squash to offset the slight bitterness of the earthy greens. Top this bowl off with a pop of pomegranate seeds and you’re off to bliss town. Enjoy chilled and slightly warmed.

Healing Kitcahri

Mung Beans, Brown Rice, Red Lentils, Root Vegetables, Gogi Berries, Celery Leaves

A dish adapted from the Aruveydic guided practice, this golden porridge focuses on a full system reset.  It is a spiced mixture of split Mung beans and rice slowly stewed together with root vegetables.  By using healing spices such as Turmeric, Fenugreek and Ginger, Kitchari is known to calm the gut and rejuvenate a sluggish digestion.  Looking deeper into the Aruveydic methods,  Kitchari gives a sense of calming to the mind and body. Similar to the offerings of a new moon’s quiet receptive energy, enjoy this dish when in need of restoration and renewal.

Cacao Pudding

Avocado, Coconut Cream, Himalayan Pink Salt, Cacao, Berries

Rise in the morning and nourish your mind and body. We use Cacao nibs as a delicious heart tonic. Raw Cacao, in it’s natural form, carries 40 times the amount of antioxidants than blueberries and are loaded with mood-boosting polyphenols. In addition to making us “feel good” Cacao is known for spiritually connecting us to our heart space, imbue clarity, and expand our sense of love towards others. As describes in yoga practice, Setu Bandhasana, or bridge pose, opening one’s heart while calming the mind inspires personal development. By expanding your sense of connectedness to yourself and those around you, it invites you to engage with the world with a greater sense of love. We blend avocado and coconut cream with the Cacao into a smooth, rich pudding. This pudding is blissfully decadent and full of healthy benefits.
